I dropped my car off on Friday, June 13. Never got it all about what was going on with my vehicle. I had to call the Dealership one Tuesday the following week and the Customer Service at the repair never called me back until Wednesday morning. Then a simple question of the estimation from the mechanic how much it will cost us she never calls back Wednesday. She goes back on Thursday. Very unprofessional will never take another vehicle here and purchase another vehicle at this dealership.

I came in last week on 7/24/25 for a 8:30 appointment for a blown speaker, waited 4 hours to be informed that the speaker needs to ordered and it would be there the next day. I made an appointment for Wednesday 7/30/25 same time. After about an hour I was told that they can't find the speaker and another one is on the way, I didn't leave until 2:15pm. I wasn't able to take care of other things I needed to do. 6 hours to have a speaker changed absolutely unacceptable.

I came to the Chevy dealer because I only had my car for 2 months and my brakes squeak all the time. When on my warranty it says that the brakes were changed in April 2025. But the mechanic claim it was unfounded.. My brakes are still squeaking. I also had a complaint about the stick when you put the car in park, when it’s in park the orange light comes on the start button ,and it goes “bing, bing , bing “over and over again until I start the car again and play around with the stick. The mechanic said that was unfounded also. I made it very clear this doesn’t happen all the time,and last but not least I had a nail in my front tire , which was fixed and I was charged $50 some odd dollars , when I had a warranty covering most of the cost ( so much confusing) then it took around 5 hours to get a refund. I continue to have squeaky brakes and I’m not too sure what the problem is with the stick. But I’m pretty sure it will happen again. I was very unhappy about the five hour stay for a refund. And I don’t think I should have to pay for an upcoming problem that the mechanic found unfounded. Very unsatisfied.

While they did fix my 2023 Tahoe which had a misfire on the 3rd cylinder they had my car which was supposed to be a day or so turned into Thursday to Tuesday I explained I had to go back to work Monday night I had no transportation since they kept my vehicle which was under warranty longer then they originally planned I asked them for a loaner vehicle or rent a car and they refused .Very poor customer service they wouldn’t even respond back to me for an update on my vehicle for 3 days.This was poor customer service especially since my lease is heading towards the end of my lease you would think they would want me to return to lease another vehicle sad.

It took 6 hours for the service to be completed ( oil change and a tire sensor). I have an extended warranty and instead of Bical Chevy calling them to see if something is covered, they had me call just to have to call them eventually. I needed a battery. They tried to charge nearly 600$ for it. 200$ was for installation. I got a battery the next day from AAA for 285$ and it took 7 minutes to put in.

The service was find except from the cost doing these services and to add insult to injury. My bank just switched to Discovery for debit cards and Bical machines does not take Discovery. I refuse to pay a 3% up charge on top of the expensive price for service when using a credit card an exception should have been made and signs posted that you do not accept Discovery cards.

Terrible turn around time. I never had to wait 3 days to get my vehicle diagnostic. Then have to wait another 5 days to receive my vehicle back from repairs. Also Christopher speaks nice to people but he has terrible follow up skills. I had to call him every other day for status check. One day I called him he said he'd call me back in 30 minutes. He didn't I called back 2 and a half hours later and had to leave a voice mail. Then I called back 30 minutes after I left the voice mail and finally got through to speaking to him. So in a nut shell. The service department is clearly under staffed and this dealership accepts too many vehicles to work on when they dont have the personnel to support the customer for a rapid turnaround. I will never pay another dime of my hard earned money at Bical Chevy again.

Very disappointed that it took 3 visits to dealership to resolve a problem that the car was exhibiting! Car had certain msgs n codes that came up and mechanic didn’t do due diligence to try and figure out why msgs were happening. Keep telling me come back if I still see the msgs. In the end I got a large repair bill that could had been resolved earlier. Bradley, the manger who checked me in did his best to explain things. Even with delays I had to keep call n to find out wht was going on. More perks should be given. I thought coming to dealer was better than going to local mechanic in my neighborhood!

HORRIBLE ! NO ACCOUNTABILITY! DISRESPECT! dropped off car at scheduled 9 AM appt on 1/28 for NYS inspection oil change , tire rotation and repair of passenger side mirror glass. At 3-4Pm I called for status update was told checking for warranty coverage on mirror. On 1/29 told I needed tire sensor - checking for part. Inspection was complete. On 1/30 was asked for tire lock key to install tire sensor - was told they didn’t need key to check for tire sensor or Inspection. Inquired of charges - inspection was listed as “labor” Picked car up around 4-5PM . Returned 5:30-6 because windshield wipers not working, yet new windshield wipers were installed (determined I needed them at check in while car was at curb) Wayne told me it was cold outside fluid was frozen - he looked at reservoir said frozen. And walked away. On 2/1 I received notice from NYS DMV inspection sticker expired. 2/2 return to dealer ask to speak to service dept Supervisor Wayne - he was rude, condescending, dismissive and totally unapologetic about having my car for 3 days ( no loaner) being paid $500 additional for work yet they did not do the primary service call. I was treated like I was an idiot when I picked up the car , asked about charges on the bill, returned for the windshield wipers and returned a second time for the inspection. Returning 2x attempts to clarify and verify work- that was supposedly done during the 3 full days car was at dealer my car being out of service, and being dismissed . Wayne was pointing , waving his hand at me , walking out of his office totally DISRESPECTFUL! Stating he was 3x my age,-clearly a sexist comment- in response to my question about why the windshield washer still didn’t work - it’s frozen! I asked , had gone into labor -going to hospital in an uninspected - illegal vehicle and without windshield wipers or gotten a ticket - he said they would have paid it - yet I still didn’t have windshield wipers! Received no apology, no compensation or adjustment , only that they thought once car was taken off diagnostic machine, they assumed emissions and safety inspection was done!!! Clearly this visit was not about doing the necessary NYS inspection- it was to create what I feel now are money grabbing ads ons!!! Bait and switch! As I left, I asked Bradley would he want his daughter or wife to be treated as I was throughout this entire 5 days - he offered an apology. Again the Service Supervisor offered nothing! I remained invisible to him. By the way I was admitted to hospital the following day in labor!

The service experience needs significant improvement. After pulling into the lot, the wait just to check in the vehicle is consistently too long — often at least 10 minutes. I schedule my appointments online and clearly select the service I need, yet when I arrive, I’m still asked why I’m there as though the appointment details are not available to the service advisor. Additionally, when booking through the online coupon link, the discounted pricing is not automatically applied. Even when I show the coupon and pricing directly on my phone, I’m told I must either print it out or email it to the service advisor, which feels unnecessary and inconvenient given that the information is already being displayed. I also stopped calling to schedule appointments because I was routinely told that the next available appointment was at least a month away, despite the online system showing availability within 1–2 weeks. When I mentioned the earlier openings online, I was simply told to book it online instead. Unfortunately, the customer service experience has also been disappointing. The woman who answers the phone and processes payments consistently comes across as having an attitude, which has discouraged me from calling altogether. During my most recent visit, I asked about a charge on my bill, and instead of receiving assistance, I was told in a dismissive manner that she “doesn’t know.” Overall, the process feels disorganized and unnecessarily frustrating for customers who are trying to use the online scheduling and coupon systems as intended.

Truck was brought in for a service(oil change). 2 days later my truck tells me I’m low on oil. I check the specifications for my truck it takes 10 quarts but my paperwork says 8 added. Bring the truck back and they make me wait over 2 hours almost 3 to simply put my truck on a lift, check for leaks(there wasn’t any) and add 2 quarts of oil. Ridiculous
