The Manager Zain is condescending. Rude, unprofessional & a disgrace to Bical Chevy. Zain let his personal feelings get in the way of doing business with a customer service attitude. In addition to that I was sold a vehicle that was still in factory settings & the controls didn't work I had to alert service of this as I was about to drive off. The staff are too comfortable with Shiesty behavior with customers who are loyal. This is my 4th lease with Bical but I was spoken to with no appreciation for my loyalty to Bical Chevy. I was given information and it was placed on paper only to be told it cannot be provided. I tried to explain what I was told by the sales person only to be spoken to in a condescending way. I started the process on the Friday which took two hours i was told by the sales rep. This could be completed that day, after signing paperwork the sales rep then says im sorry our finance dept is gone for the day. I then came back on the Saturday and was there for four hours .A total of six hours of incompetence, Shiesty behavior & humiliation. Car shopping/ leasing is suppose to be an exciting experience. The people I encountered at Bical knows nothing about that. This Zain person is so comfortable in his unprofessional behavior he sat at the front desk to the right of the entry door loudly taking a personal call... they're too comfortable!!!

I brought my 2024 Chevy Equinox EV in for the 7,500 first service. I had a 7:30am appointment and I got to the dealership at 7:10am. I had 3 cars in front of me. At 7:30am I went into the service building and spoke to the women there and told her why I was here. The 7,500 mile checkup on my EV is rotate the tires and check out the battery. I also ask them to look at the covering that under the rearview mirror because it come off sometimes when I drive over a bump. I went into the waiting room, and starting see people who came in after me for service start leaving around 8:30am. I didn't say anything until 10:00am. I walk back to the women who took my info at 7:30am and asked what the status is on my car. She went to check and came back to tell me that the mechanic had just finished rotating the tires and he was going to take the car out and see if the covering come off. I went back to the waiting room and I noticed my car come back into the parking lot around 10:10am. I waited to see if they would call me and say my car was finished, but no one told me. Finally I went out to the parking lot around 10:40am to see whats going on and I see my car parked and ready. I went back into the service building and then the women told me my car is ready. All they did was rotate the tires and took the car out for 2min. to see if the cover fell of (which it didn't) So I had to sit there for almost 3 and an half hours to rotate my tires. WAY TO LONG!!!

Dealership tried to get me what I wanted. There was a difference in the sticker I paid for and the car I actually got. Bical adjusted the cost which was great but I was still a little disappointed that I could not get the feature. The salespeople are friendly and not pushy. I would definitely return for future car needs.

I dropped my car off on Friday, June 13. Never got it all about what was going on with my vehicle. I had to call the Dealership one Tuesday the following week and the Customer Service at the repair never called me back until Wednesday morning. Then a simple question of the estimation from the mechanic how much it will cost us she never calls back Wednesday. She goes back on Thursday. Very unprofessional will never take another vehicle here and purchase another vehicle at this dealership.

I came in last week on 7/24/25 for a 8:30 appointment for a blown speaker, waited 4 hours to be informed that the speaker needs to ordered and it would be there the next day. I made an appointment for Wednesday 7/30/25 same time. After about an hour I was told that they can't find the speaker and another one is on the way, I didn't leave until 2:15pm. I wasn't able to take care of other things I needed to do. 6 hours to have a speaker changed absolutely unacceptable.

It took 6 hours for the service to be completed ( oil change and a tire sensor). I have an extended warranty and instead of Bical Chevy calling them to see if something is covered, they had me call just to have to call them eventually. I needed a battery. They tried to charge nearly 600$ for it. 200$ was for installation. I got a battery the next day from AAA for 285$ and it took 7 minutes to put in.

I came to the Chevy dealer because I only had my car for 2 months and my brakes squeak all the time. When on my warranty it says that the brakes were changed in April 2025. But the mechanic claim it was unfounded.. My brakes are still squeaking. I also had a complaint about the stick when you put the car in park, when it’s in park the orange light comes on the start button ,and it goes “bing, bing , bing “over and over again until I start the car again and play around with the stick. The mechanic said that was unfounded also. I made it very clear this doesn’t happen all the time,and last but not least I had a nail in my front tire , which was fixed and I was charged $50 some odd dollars , when I had a warranty covering most of the cost ( so much confusing) then it took around 5 hours to get a refund. I continue to have squeaky brakes and I’m not too sure what the problem is with the stick. But I’m pretty sure it will happen again. I was very unhappy about the five hour stay for a refund. And I don’t think I should have to pay for an upcoming problem that the mechanic found unfounded. Very unsatisfied.

While they did fix my 2023 Tahoe which had a misfire on the 3rd cylinder they had my car which was supposed to be a day or so turned into Thursday to Tuesday I explained I had to go back to work Monday night I had no transportation since they kept my vehicle which was under warranty longer then they originally planned I asked them for a loaner vehicle or rent a car and they refused .Very poor customer service they wouldn’t even respond back to me for an update on my vehicle for 3 days.This was poor customer service especially since my lease is heading towards the end of my lease you would think they would want me to return to lease another vehicle sad.

Brought my 2024 blazer in for an inspection(safety ) sticker and a repeal tranny oil leak the gave me back the truck still leaking fluids and no inspection sticker are they smokeing something in the service dept how terrible and they had the nerve to charge me the 10.00 for the sticker that bi cal Chevy will never be recommended by me for anything

The service was find except from the cost doing these services and to add insult to injury. My bank just switched to Discovery for debit cards and Bical machines does not take Discovery. I refuse to pay a 3% up charge on top of the expensive price for service when using a credit card an exception should have been made and signs posted that you do not accept Discovery cards.

Very disappointed that it took 3 visits to dealership to resolve a problem that the car was exhibiting! Car had certain msgs n codes that came up and mechanic didn’t do due diligence to try and figure out why msgs were happening. Keep telling me come back if I still see the msgs. In the end I got a large repair bill that could had been resolved earlier. Bradley, the manger who checked me in did his best to explain things. Even with delays I had to keep call n to find out wht was going on. More perks should be given. I thought coming to dealer was better than going to local mechanic in my neighborhood!

Terrible turn around time. I never had to wait 3 days to get my vehicle diagnostic. Then have to wait another 5 days to receive my vehicle back from repairs. Also Christopher speaks nice to people but he has terrible follow up skills. I had to call him every other day for status check. One day I called him he said he'd call me back in 30 minutes. He didn't I called back 2 and a half hours later and had to leave a voice mail. Then I called back 30 minutes after I left the voice mail and finally got through to speaking to him. So in a nut shell. The service department is clearly under staffed and this dealership accepts too many vehicles to work on when they dont have the personnel to support the customer for a rapid turnaround. I will never pay another dime of my hard earned money at Bical Chevy again.

Cannot believe my car was there over a month! Appt 10/8 830am. Car finally returned 11/15. No calls, and no return calls when called in. Absolutely no reason to have car as long as did. Inconvenienced 3 drivers, down to 1 car to share for a month. Unnecessary try for upsales not needed. So disappointed...

I was very pleased with my experience in the service department. I did not have an appointment. I called in the morning and told them my car wouldn't start and Bradley told me I can bring it in and they will take a look at it. I had my car towed there and they serviced it while I waited. They figured out the issue and I got my car back the same day.
